Quality Accreditations

Optimas Solutions - Components Division recognises that the quality of the products and services we supply are fundamental requirements to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. To support this we have developed the requisite Quality Systems and are accredited to ISO 9001:2008.

We are committed to ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements for our employees, customers, and suppliers are supported throughout our operations. We have developed Health and Safety Systems to manage these processes and as a result have achieved accreditation to OHSAS 18001:2007. Our Environmental Management System is accredited to ISO14001:2004.

We have also developed our systems in order to support the following requirements:
  • PPAP (The Production Part Approval Process) up to level 3 documentation
  • ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Reports)
  • IMDS (Automotive Industry Material Data System)
  • C of C statements
  • Environmental product compliance
