On-Site Inventory Management

By using our On-Site Inventory Management service, you can always have the parts required in your stores, but only pay as you use them.

The control and management of C-class components is complex and time consuming. We have developed an inventory management system that supplies and maintains on-site C-class component stocks, freeing up your time to focus on core activities.

Working with you we will identify the parts to include in the system and your expected usage level. We then install a free of charge bin system at your location(s), each identified with a part number, description, box quantity and bar code.

Based on your rate of consumption, we schedule visits to check, record and replenish used parts. This information is automatically fed into our system and an invoice generated just for the parts used.

We ensure that the quantity in the bin never drops below an agreed minimum stock level, so you no longer need to worry about your production lines running out of parts.
